"Good quality, but pricey and the verification is annoying"
I do like the products and the quality seems solid, but the prices feel a bit high for what you’re getting. I might buy again if there’s a sale, but probably not at full price. Also, having to go through verification more than once was kind of frustrating, it felt unnecessary and slowed everything down

I bought this knot gown for our newborn, it’s been such a relief. When you’re half asleep at 3 a.m., not having to fight with a bunch of tiny snaps feels like a basic courtesy to tired parents everywhere. The bottom tie makes diaper changes quick and easy, the fabric is really soft, and it stays in place better than I thought it would. I’ve washed it a few times already and it’s holding up well. I’ll probably get another one.

I was surprised by how soft this felt right out of the package. My baby seems really comfortable in it, and it still feels nice after a wash. It’s not scratchy at all, just soft and cozy. I’d definitely consider buying it again.

"Super breathable and comfy"
This is one of those things every baby needs. The fabric feels really light and breathable, and my little one doesn’t get all sweaty like with pretty much every other outfit we’ve tried. I’m really happy with it.

I’ve ordered from here a few times now and, surprisingly enough, everything has always gone smoothly. It feels trustworthy, which is more than I can say for a lot of places these days. No issues so far, so I guess they’re doing what they’re supposed to.

i needed to swap for a different size and it was way easier than i thought it would be. getting the return label was simple, and they replied to my email really quickly. the replacement showed up sooner than expected too. no hassle at all, which i really appreciated.

My baby seems really comfortable in this, and it’s super soft. Since we started using it, they’ve been sleeping better too. Just a heads up for other parents: if your little one is picky about comfort, this might be worth trying.

3 stars for now. I do really like the clothes, and the site is easy to browse, but so many of the sizes and colors I wanted were already sold out. I kept checking back to see if anything came back in stock and still ended up missing a few things. Shipping was totally fine when I did place an order, I just wish the inventory was a little more reliable

I ordered from Loulou & Company and, to be honest, I can’t even remember the exact day I placed the order, but I do remember being surprised at how quickly the tracking came through. It actually kept updating normally too, which I always appreciate because I’ve had packages sit in shipping limbo before.
The package ended up arriving a couple days earlier than I had in my head. Everything looked fine when it got here, nothing damaged or messy, and delivery was easy. I mostly just remember thinking, wow, that was fast. Really happy with the shipping.

We picked up a few sleepers and swaddles for our newborn and used them all the time. They’re soft, easy for middle-of-the-night diaper changes, and not a hassle to wash. It sorta made those first few weeks feel a little more manageable.

"Absolutely adorable packaging"
My order showed up packed so cute and neatly, like there is no possible way it could have been done better. Everything was wrapped carefully, nothing was bent, messy, or even slightly off. I definitely wasn’t expecting the packaging to look that nice, but it made opening it feel kind of special. Simple, pretty, and genuinely perfect...

I was so happy with all the cute print options. It actually took me a little while to pick one because there were so many sweet designs lol. The colors looked really nice online, and everything felt fun without being over the top. I’m really glad with the one I chose!

I ordered a set the design is really cute. Yay. But the material feels a little thinner than I was expecting. Not awful, just not as soft or sturdy as I’d hoped for the price. Meh.
